Dear Bodynodes friends,
We want to thank you for visiting our booth at the Maker Faire! It was amazing to see over 200 young people and adults immerse themselves in our virtual reality boxing game and to receive your valuable feedback.
Impressions from the Game
With over 200 comments from participants, our VR game generated great enthusiasm! Many shared excited opinions like "it was awesome!" and "so cool!" Additionally, many appreciated the realistic and immersive aspects of the experience, suggesting improvements like more accurate tracking and greater customization options.
Parents and Educational Experiences
While the game was a great success, many parents are interested in something different. From our surveys, about 70% of parents expressed interest in an educational offer that dives deeper into the technology.
Here are some of the most popular proposals:
Building small robots and programmable devices
Basic tutorials for game development and programming
Hands-on projects to understand principles of physics and mechanics
One idea I’m considering is to create video tutorials that parents and children can work on together, transforming each step into a shared discovery experience. The challenge will be exploring how motion capture sensors can be integrated into these projects. Additionally, I will offer live online sessions to address any issues that may arise during the activities.
Share Your Opinion!
If you haven't participated in our mini-survey yet, you still have time to let us know your thoughts! Here are the questions:
What would you like your child to build and learn?
Would you be interested in a kit with 5 videos showing how to build and learn something new with your child?
Would you pay €10 for such a package? Or how much more/less?
Feel free to respond in the comments below or contact me directly.
What to Expect
In the coming weeks, I will share more details about the offers I am preparing. Thank you again for your support, and we look forward to starting this educational adventure with you!
Best regards,
Manuel B
